• Account Information: Name, verified mobile phone number, email address, and role type (Homeowner, Contractor, Architect, Supplier).
• Professional & Business Profile Data: CNIC verification documents, company portfolio photos, operational cities, specialized trade skills, and PKR unit pricing rates.
• Project & Estimation Data: Plot dimensions (e.g. Marla, Sqft), floor layout requirements, material grades, construction timeline goals, and budget constraints.
• Direct Messaging & Reviews: Real-time in-app chat communications, client ratings, feedback, and project inquiries.
• Device & Telemetry Data: IP address, operating system, device model, browser type, and diagnostic error telemetry to maintain platform reliability.

Your information is utilized strictly to deliver and enhance our construction services:

• Facilitating direct matchmaking between property owners and verified builders or suppliers.
• Running deterministic and neural cost, material, and timeline prediction models.
• Sending carrier SMS OTP codes and push notifications for inquiries and chat messages.
• Preventing fraudulent contractor listings and ensuring marketplace integrity.

We maintain strict boundaries between public directory profiles and confidential user data:

• Public Information: Verified contractor and supplier company names, operational coverage cities, portfolio galleries, and client reviews are visible in public marketplace directories.
• Private Data: In-app chat messages, draft budget estimates, CNIC documents, and private contact phone numbers are encrypted and strictly accessible only to authorized participants.

We implement state-of-the-art enterprise-grade cryptographic controls:

• In Transit: All data is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS).
• At Rest: User databases and media storage are protected with AES-256 encryption.
• Access Control: Granular role-based security rules restrict database reads and writes exclusively to authenticated and verified owners.

In accordance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies, users retain complete ownership and control over their data:

• Access & Correction: You can review and update your profile information directly within the app settings.
• Account Deletion: You can request immediate and permanent deletion of your account, profile, chats, and project estimates directly from your in-app profile settings or by emailing privacy@tameersaz.com with your registered phone number or email.
